Anne Lech joined the non-profit sector after a career in banking and being a stay-at-home mom to her two daughters and son. She went from coordinating pizza-lunch helpers to managing large and small volunteer teams in the areas of education, healthcare, tourism and humanitarian aid. Anne has engaged with hundreds of volunteers and has a passion for connecting and motivating community members to make a difference through the impact of volunteering. She presently works at Health Partners International Canada; a humanitarian relief and development charity, managing volunteer teams and driving community engagement. Through her business, Delta Sector Consulting, Anne can help non-profits develop volunteer strategy plans incorporating best practices.
Anne holds a degree in Human Resources and Labour Management in addition to a diploma in Business Administration.
As the parent of a daughter who recovered from an eating disorder, Anne understands first-hand the importance of accessible resources, community support and advocacy.
