We know that roughly half of individuals who struggle with Bulimia binge drink, and also that about 50% of women who drink problematically go through phases of disordered eating. In this workshop, we'll explore safety planning as a harm-reduction tool, look at the benefits of self-compassion, and discuss what relapse prevention strategies might work best for you.

Open to anyone with experiences of disordered eating and harmful drinking.
