Join Non-Diet Dietitian Courtenay Vickers in this 2-hour workshop as she explores some of the science behind modern mainstream diets, looks at the diet-binge cycle and ultimately explains why these diets don’t work. This will be an interactive workshop where you will get to share some of the dieting myths you’ve heard and have them debunked once and for all. And just to be clear, this workshop is NOT promoting weight loss or any type of diet-culture lifestyle.
