Examining Relationships with Exercise

This workshop is designed for those who identify with exercise compulsion or those interested in examining their relationship with exercise as it relates to body image. Strategies to self-assess this relationship, and tools to navigate physical activity/exercise exploration in safer ways will be examined.

Join Jay Walker, an associate of the Umbrella Mental Health Network, a network of queer and trans-identified mental health professionals who work primarily in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual, two-spirited (LGBTQIA2S) community within Toronto.

When? Monday May 6th, 7-8:15pm

Where? Online through our secure online video conferencing system, the Ontario Telemedicine Network.

Cost? Free of charge, donations are welcome. We rely on your generosity to keep our doors open.

Registration required. Initial client meeting NOT required for this group.
