Whether you’re a friend, sibling, spouse or parent of someone who is struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder, it’s not easy. It’s important to educate yourself and reach out for support and guidance. For those actively caring for someone who is struggling with an eating disorder, we sometimes offer virtual and in-person groups (please note that these programs do not run all year).

We need your help! Body Brave is a charitable organization. We rely on donations to keep our doors open. Please consider donating or supporting us by purchasing one of our products from our store.
