Whether you’re struggling with disordered eating, body image issues or an eating disorder (diagnosed or undiagnosed), Body Brave has services that you might find helpful. We offer virtual and in-person programs including; individual psychotherapy, large group sessions, recovery pods (specialized small group sessions) and workshops. We are not a substitute for intensive treatment. Our services are free of charge save a small registration fee.
