Overeating, Bingeing, Eating Out-of-Control?

Is it time to bring mindfulness, loving kindness and curiosity to your table?

If so, join us for a five-week program, beginning on Monday, October 30 (7:00 pm – 8:30pm). Each week will include a practical mindfulness practice for the week ahead as well as teachings and dialogue that will help re- build the self-esteem you need to challenge the old thinking and habits that have kept you stuck.
