This program is focused on skill-building and insight development. This is not intended as treatment but rather as support and guidance. It is not a substitute for treatment.
The program will guide participants through 5 modules addressing thoughts, emotions and behaviours, distress tolerance, interpersonal skills, as well as goal setting and building a happier, healthier life. Sessions include meditation, mindfulness and skill building.
Groups are facilitated by family doctor and trained psychotherapist Dr. Karen Trollope.
The program is limited to 8 participants to keep groups intimate and to maximize individual attention.
When: Starts February 19th, 2018
