Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for an hour of simple mindfulness & meditation techniques to help you cope with difficult emotions, situations & behaviours. During this 60-minute session, we will explore 3 mindfulness meditation techniques that you can use at home. Sessions will be facilitated by one of our trained meditation teachers.
