Learn How to Meditate & Relax

During this 6-week series, you will learn the basic and more advanced techniques of meditation. Taught by Mira, a meditation teacher with over 10 years of experiences, you'll learn about:

How & why meditation works (the science of meditation), various meditation techniques, how to cultivate a home practice, posture & when to practice & you'll get an opportunity to ask questions & engage in dialogue.
