Open Flow Yoga


Join us for an hour of gentle yoga flow taught by Sashaina Singh, certified yoga instructor. Reconnect with yourself and relax and refresh your whole body. Suitable for all levels- whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi! Enjoy our small class sizes and inclusive, body positive space. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. No bare midriffs please. Mats and props are available for use at the studio.
