Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach to eating that focuses on tuning in to your body's cues to determine what, when, and how much to eat.
Join Katie Haneke, Registered Dietitian, in exploring the principles of intuitive eating and how embracing these principles can help to encourage a positive relationship with food. This workshop is open to anyone.

About Katie Haneke
Katie Haneke is a Registered Dietitian working at the Grand River Community Health Centre (GRCHC) in Brantford. Katie completed both her Bachelor's degree in Applied Human Nutrition and a combined Master's and dietetic internship program through the University of Guelph. She has experience working in long-term care, but her true passion is community nutrition.
In her time at GRCHC, Katie noticed the lack of support in the Brantford community for clients struggling with an eating disorder, which lead her to seek out training to help address this gap. Katie has completed two online courses designed specifically for dietitians on supporting individuals with an eating disorder, which inspired her to seek out opportunities to focus her work more in this area. Katie seeks to provide compassionate, client centred care with the ultimate goal of helping clients repair their relationship with food.
