Join Sashaina Singh for an hour of deliciously relaxing yoga! In these small classes, Sashaina will guide you through a custom sequence of poses that will help you get in touch your body and unwind. This body positive class is open to anyone. No previous experience in yoga is required. We are a body positive space and welcome (and encourage!) people of all shapes and sizes! Modifications can be made depending on your comfort and safety in the class. After all, yoga is for everyone! We know that any type of new movement class can be daunting so please don’t hesitate to come a little early or email us ahead of time to discuss any concerns you might have. Equipment is available at the studio. We recommend comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
Free parking is available directly on Main Street in front of the building (please do not park in the lot next door).
Fee: Voluntary donation (we so appreciate donations as we are a non-profit that currently receives no government funding). Suggested $12
Registration is highly recommended as we take a maximum of 8 people.
