A four workshop series on how to apply Cognitive Behaviour Therapy skills and strategies in your everyday life!
This workshop series teaches and discusses strategies to promote healthy thinking, healthy behaviour and emotional intelligence. Group members will have the opportunity to better understand how their thought patterns influence the emotions they experience and how this impacts the behaviours they engage in. Strategies will be taught that will assist participants in reframing and challenging unhelpful thinking patterns, associated with mental health difficulties. Participants will be provided with many practical strategies that they can carry out in their everyday life!
