Our relationship with food can be complex and difficult to define. We all have a lifelong history with food that starts at birth, and is influenced by many factors as we grow such as family, environment, emotions, and often times diet culture. Sometimes our relationship with food becomes disordered and we don't even realize it. What does it mean to have a normal relationship with food, and is this possible for someone to achieve with a history of disordered eating? This workshop is open to anyone curious to learn more about the basics of what an eating disorder is, disordered eating patterns, and what normal eating can look like.
