Self-care is an essential part of recovery. While many picture self-care as a hot soak in the tub or a face mask, safe-care also includes basic practices like getting enough sleep and setting healthy boundaries. Self-care has a significant impact on our emotional, physical and mental health.
Join us for an 8-week online group that explores the ins and outs of self-care. Check-in to see how you’re doing with your own self-care and learn skills and tools to improve your self-care routine (or create one to begin with!). We’ll explore how to integrate it into daily life.
This group is facilitated by trained clinician, Martina Mariglia.

Where: Online. Attend this workshop from the comfort of your own home! You will need a computer or a smartphone with good internet access.
Our online services are provided through the Ontario Telemedicine Network. This a safe and secure video conferencing system.
