Yoga has been a part of Sashaina’s life for over a decade, and her practice has helped make her stronger and more mindful – both on and off the mat.

Sashaina is a graduate of the 200 hour Hatha-Vinyasa Teacher Training Program at De La Sol Yoga Studio in Hamilton. She has also completed 50 hours of teacher training with Heather Greaves and is currently enrolled in Elemental Yin Yang Yoga teacher training with Aquin Yoga.

Sashaina seeks to provide a safe, supportive environment with classes that are playful, challenging and nurturing. She adapts poses to meet individual needs of all ages. Sashaina encourages her students to move with breath and experience the physical,           emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga.
